 Sony Xperia Tablet Z

Sony’s ultimate Tablet, the Xperia Z comes in a sleek and stylish body with powerful specs. The 10.1-inch screen with full-HD (1920 x 1200 pixels) display would be a visual treat adding to the 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, which is the power house. The device runs Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and is has 2GB of RAM. At 495 grams, this is one of the slimmest Tablets available in the market. A big 6,000mAh battery powers the HD display and operations of the device which has 16 GB of internal memory. The rear 8MP camera along with the Tablet’s waterproof and dust-proof facilities makes this device appealing.
 Asus Memo Pad HD7

Asus was the one who manufactured Google’s own Nexus 7 series of Tablets. Now almost an year after, the company had came out with a 7 inch Android tablet under its name, Memo Pad HD7. The device, just like Google's Nexus 7, packs good specifications and features for a lower price tag. This 7 inch Tablet was released earlier this month and it brings in a 1280x800 display resolution along with a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. Other specs include 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, stereo speakers, 1.2MP front-facing camera, 5MP rear-facing camera and a better battery than Nexus 7 rated for up to 10 hours of run time.

The 7 inch, 8 inch and 10.1 inch tablets both in internal specs and screen sizes.
The 7-inch one comes with a relatively low-resolution of 1024 x 600. A 1.2-Ghz processor along with 1GB of RAM powers this device which runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. A 3-megapixel camera sits on the back of the tablet, while a 1.2-megapixel shooter in front.

Nokia Lumia Tab

Even though the number of Tablets running Windows 8 is hard to find, Nokia may put an end to it, with the rumored Lumia range of Tablets. The company is apparently high on plans to produce a tablet that will rival Sony’s Xperia range and Apple iPad. Moreover, considering the expertise of Nokia in the Windows platform, a Lumia tablet would be the best one to offer the Windows experience and also takes the popularity of this OS to new heights.
The device is rumored to sport an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core 1.3GHz processor and 2GB of RAM inside, and a 10.1 inch screen with a 16-point touch touchscreen on the outside. Adding to the hardware features would be an HDMI-out port, USB port and microSIM card slot. However, there is no information on the release of the tablet as of now.
Apple iPad Mini 2

The second generation of Apple’s iPad Mini has been active in the rumors for a long time. The device is expected to come with a higher resolution than the first generation iPad Mini. The Tablet, which was set to be released in third quarter of this year, is reportedly facing some issues in the component supply chain, which may force Apple to delay the launch till early next year. However, Apple fans expect the tablet to come along with next iteration of iPhone, which is set to release in September.
According to the reports, the device will come in two versions, a general and a retina one. The retina version will change one of the biggest complaints about the current iPad Mini, the low screen resolution of 1024 X 768.
