In Android 4.3 kitkat version ,there was a special hidden app for users which help the users to control all the apps without any further permission from anyone .But many users argued about giving individual permission to users .Google has removed the app Ops feature from the latest updates Android kitkat 4.4.2.
Google report that App Ops was an experimental feature and by the claim of company that it would inhibit normal app functioning and there for removed it in latest update .Google don't give any symptoms of launching this feature officially .Some users still say that google want to re-install the feature.Also the app can be modified by giving users permission to manage network connectivity ,access to details like phone number ,IMEI etc according to each app .
